At age 14, Rob Kenney’s father abandoned him and his 7 siblings. πŸ˜”πŸ’”

Rob swore to be a better dad to his own children someday. πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦β€οΈ

With his own kids grown, it was during the pandemic that Rob got the idea to help others by sharing his fatherly advice online. πŸ“±πŸ’‘

He wanted to reach anyone who might lack the basic life skills that a good dad would naturally teach. πŸŽ“πŸ”§

So, he started a YouTube channel called "Dad, How Do I?" β–ΆοΈπŸ“Ί

Rob shares practical information, such as how to tie a tie πŸ‘”, change a tire πŸš—πŸ”§, bake a cake πŸŽ‚, and more.

Full of advice, stories, and of course, Dad jokes πŸ˜†, the videos went viral, earning him the title of β€˜The Internet Dad.’ πŸŒπŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

An introvert at heart, Rob was initially overwhelmed by the positive responses and his over 4 million subscribers. πŸŽ‰πŸ™Œ

But he eventually left his day job to work on the channel full-time with the help of his family. πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦πŸ’Ό

He even wrote a companion book πŸ“–, full of his Dad advice.

Rob Kenney hopes his work not only empowers those who are fatherless but also emboldens fathers who may feel lost or discouraged, to never give up and just keep doing the best that they can. πŸ’™πŸ’ͺ
